QUICK LIME LUMPS / POWDER
Quick Lime also referred to as Burnt Lime, Calcium Oxide, Calcined Lime with a “CaO” chemical formula It is formed by high-degree combustion of Lime Stone (Calcium carbonate) under controlled setting. Quick Lime is one of the world’s oldest chemicals, and is used by many industries.
Pure calcium mined from quarries as a raw material (calcium carbonate) is burned to produce calcium oxide in a kiln at around 800 – 850 degrees Celsius. That is then ground into ready-to-slack lumps or chips.
Calcium oxide or quicklime is commonly used as a versatile chemical compound, made from excellent high calcium calcareous deposition. We offer Quicklime of the finest quality which is known for its purity
We offer QuickLime Lumps & Powder.

LIMESTONE
Limestone is a sedimentary carbonate rock that is mostly composed of marine organism skeletal fragments. Calcite and aragonite crystals, which are various crystal types of calcium carbonate (CaCO3), are its primary ingredients. A closely related rock is dolomite, which contains a high percentage of CaMg(CO3)2, the mineral dolomite. Approximately 10% of sedimentary rocks are limestones.
Limestone has many uses: as a construction material, as an essential constituent of concrete (Portland Cement), as an aggregate for the road foundation, as a white pigment or filler in products such as toothpaste or paints, as a chemical feedstock for the manufacture of lime based products and as a soil conditioner.
Whitegold Minerals also offer Limestone Powder for Animal Feed also know as LSP powder.
